Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service (BOKSS) undertakes to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to ensure that personal data are accurate and securely kept. To ensure you are well informed of the personal data as collected, please read through this guideline.
Purpose of Collection and Guideline for Use of Personal Data

BOKSS may use your personal data in future (name, telephone number, fax number, email, mailing addresses, organization/company/school) for the purposes of providing you with information of BOKSS, handling application, issuing receipt, research, fundraising appeal, feedback collecting, activities invitation/relates promotion as well as BOKSS feedback collection purposes.

To provide personal data to BOKSS is on voluntary basis. However, if you do not provide sufficient personal data, we may not be able to process your application or provide service to you.

Your information will be recorded in the system, you will not need to re-enter or register again for the events in future. Also, you can revise your email address, contact number, login password, personal data in the account, and check your past participation record from the account.

You will have to register an account of Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service E-payment platform, and activate the account, in order to fully utitlise all the functions in this website, including: online registration and payment, donation and check the record of your past participated events.

Upon your request at any time, we will cease to use your personal data for promotion purposes.
If you object your personal data being utilized for the above purposes, please contact BOKSS at 3413 1500 or email the request to bokss@bokss.org.hk. If BOKSS does not receive your objection for utilizing your personal data for the above purposes, BOKSS shall assume that you have no objection for utilizing your personal data for the above purposes until BOKSS receives your further notification.
