1.This event is organised by Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service (BOKSS).
2.All donors must provide valid contact information, including Hong Kong contact number and email.
3.Donation with HK$100 or above, will receive an official tax deductible receipt.
4.When you filled in and submitted the application form, BOKSS will collect the personal data that you input. For more details, please refer to the Personal Information Collection Statement and the Privacy Policy Statement of BOKSS.
5.Donors filled in and submitted the donation form represents the donor’s understanding of, acceptance, and willingness to comply with the terms and conditions for this event.
6.Personal data contained in the application form will be used by BOKSS for the event only. Failure to provide such data may affect the adjudication and result of the application. Personal data solely for this campaign. Except as otherwise permitted by law, information collected will not be disclosed to other organisations or individuals, or used for other purposes.
7.In case of any breach of these terms and conditions, or any dishonest conduct and/or acts of counterfeit, BOKSS reserves the sole right to immediately cancel the donor’s entitlement to attend without prior notice.

9.The information, date, and time of the Campaign will be determined by the records in BOKSS. BOKSS reserves the sole and absolute right to make conclusive decisions.
